- Orders placed before 5 PM EST are typically processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🏪 Local Pickup
We offer a free local pickup option. You can select this at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection. Pickup location details and times will be provided after your order is confirmed.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If Your Package Is Delayed or Lost:
If your order shows as shipped and you’ve received a tracking number, please contact the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged:
- Contact us immediately upon receiving the package.
- If possible, record a video of the unboxing to support your claim.
- Send photos and your order number to our support email, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
